TO BENEFIT THE CHILDREN OF FALLEN SOLDIERS

Captain Richie Cliff with his newborn son, Richie, in North Carolina. A week after his son was born, Cliff shipped out for Afghanistan where he was killed on September 29, 2008, only 25 days after little Richie was born. Richie was a fun-loving, family man that touched everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him, and he will never be forgotten.

Richie was a true hero, not only to the Lowcountry, but to our entire nation.

Come out and help us honor our local hero and support a great cause.

Make sure you don't miss some of the extras we have added to the event. We have added a Cornhole Tournament for our non golfing friends. And, the night before the tournament we will be having a Social and Silent Auction.

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?

Proceeds will be donated to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. This organization's mission is to provide full scholarship grants and educational and family counseling to the surviving children of special operations personnel who die in operational or training missions and immediate financial assistance to severely wounded special operations personnel and their families. This is what Rich wanted, so what better way to honor his memory than helping his fellow soldiers and their families.

A portion of proceeds will also go towards the Captain Cliff Memorial Scholarship at Wando High School.
